Please check the service bar at the top of this page for our current order processing times.
All orders (excluding preorders) all usually shipped within 5 business days
Please note bank holidays and weekends do not count as business days
Some items may take a little longer to dispatch than others depending on popularity and available stock. 
During seasonal events e.g christmas, halloween, valentine's etc we may take longer than expected to complete your order. If this is the case we will contact you by email with an expected dispatch date


Some of our products may only be available to preorder while we await more stock. An expected delivery date will be displayed on the product page for preorder items.

All orders will be shipped using a trackable service
Economy shipping (3-5 days after dispatch) - from £2.70
Express Delivery (1-2 days after dispatch) - from £3.10


Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to offer overseas shipping

Returns

Non- Personalised Items
Items that have not been personalised can be returned for a refund or exchange

Change Of Mind Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days. They must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs under these circumstances


Personalised Items

Unfortuntely we are unable to accept the return of personalised products unless items are faulty or there has been an error on our behalf. Please ensure all spelling and punctuation has been entered correctly before you complete your order

Faulty Goods Returns:

The warranty period for faulty goods is 30 days. Please contact us to arrange the return of faulty goods. Under these circumstances we will cover the cost of return shipping by issuing you with a free return shipping label

Approved Returns

If your return is approved due to a fault/mistake we will email you with instructions on how to return your items. Please retain your postage receipt for insurance purposes.
Your item(s) must be returned in the same condition that you received them. In their original packages in an unworn, unused condition
We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return confirming whether your refund/exchange has been approved. Refunds will be returned to your original payment card/paypal account,
Please note the time it takes a refund to reach your account varies depending on your bank account.
If your refund has not been received within 10 working days please contact us so that we can investigate this for you
